Hello!
My name is Amanda.
I'm a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and I've been teaching for nearly 15 years. During most of that time I had full-time jobs, but enjoyed teaching classes whenever I could.
It has always been a dream to teach yoga as my main pursuit.
That dream has finally come true, and I would love to share it with you.
Feel free to reach out to me for a free 15-minute chat to find just the right class for you.
Thank you for visiting my site. Namaste.

My Journey
My yoga journey began in 2005 in New York City as a way to manage stress, and I quickly experienced the deeper physical and mental benefits of a regular practice. After moving to Washington, D.C. and completing my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, I began teaching in welcoming, nontraditional spaces—including a local bike shop—where I worked with students who were new to yoga or didn’t feel at home in typical studio settings.
Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of students across the U.S. and Germany, balancing my teaching with full-time work before eventually making yoga my full-time focus. I’ve led Vinyasa, prenatal, and one-on-one classes, created a Yoga PT program for U.S. soldiers, and hosted retreats designed to help people reconnect with themselves.
Now based in Eschenbach i.d.O., Bavaria, I specialize in accessible yoga for all bodies and levels.
My mission is simple: to create space for people to feel strong, supported, and empowered through yoga.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’d love to support you.
Namaste.
