With that in mind, I've designed mini retreats to give you small doses
of guided time for stress reduction, self-discovery and personal growth.
You can choose from online or in person events,
whichever fits your schedule.

Fall Harvest Online Mini Retreat
As the seasons change, nature reminds us that there is beauty in letting go. Fall is a time to release what no longer serves us and gather the lessons, gratitude, and growth we’ve cultivated throughout the year — our own Fall Harvest.
This online 75-minute mini retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and renew. Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, and mindful journaling, we’ll create space to rest, reflect, and harvest the calm and clarity you’ve been nurturing all year long.
Experience the retreat in one session or enjoy it in segments that complement busy schedules. It also comes with a downloadable guide and journal.

The Experience: It may have been below freezing outside, but inside the Kloster it was warm, cozy, and deeply restorative. The New Year Retreat was a time of gentle movement, intentional rest, quiet reflection, and a beautiful group of women who showed up exactly as they were. The beautiful location naturally provided a grounded, supportive space in which to experience both community, encouragement and personal time to reflect.
The Location: It is a rare treat to host this event in such a beautiful and historic landmark. Speinshart Monastery and Inn is located only 15 minutes from Grafenwöhr. The grounds history dates back to the 12th Century. The Monastery has gone through several extensive restorations and the past few years has marked the monastery's reemergence as the spiritual and cultural center of the region.
