About "Us"

EveryBodyFlowYoga has grown out of my nearly 15 years of experience teaching hundreds of students in the U.S. and now Germany.  I've had the privilege of working with women from all backgrounds and at all stages in their wellness journey. Women of all sizes and body types who taught me that yoga is accessible to every body. With a few modifications, every one can enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga. That concept has become the basis of all of my classes.  I'm thankful for every one of my students for inspiring me to grow as a teacher and in my personal journey as a yogi.

I hope to work with you and share all that I've learned along the way. Namaste! 

Yoga Class

Classes

No matter which style you choose, classes are structured to meet all levels of experience and include breathing and meditation exercises.

Vinyasa Yoga

Often referred to as "meditation in motion", Vinyasa Yoga links breath to movement with the goal of enhancing both strength and flexibility. Its flow of fluid transition from pose to pose encourages mindfulness and helps to reduce stress.

Maternity Meditation Class

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation to prepare the body and mind for childbirth. It helps improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, while also addressing common pregnancy discomforts and promoting a positive birth experience. 

Shavasana

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, passive yoga style that uses props to allow you to stay in a pose from 5 to 20 minutes.  Allowing you to sink into the position, release tension, calm the nerves and promote inner peace.

Personal Instruction

Sometimes having someone walk alongside you is the extra boost you need to tackle specific wellness goals.  Whether it's maintaining a regular yoga practice, starting yoga for the first time or bringing more clarity and intention to your day through meditation, I will work with you to design a personal instruction plan just for you.

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

Not at all! Yoga is about progress, not perfection. My sessions are designed for beginners of all body types and ability levels.
